Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)

Located in Halethorpe, MD, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), also referred to as the Food Supplement Program (FSP) in Maryland, is dedicated to supporting low-income families by providing essential food assistance. Our program empowers eligible households to maintain their nutritional health by offering monthly benefits that facilitate the purchase of food through an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card, akin to a debit or credit card. By ensuring access to a variety of nutritious foods, SNAP/FSP plays a crucial role in helping our community thrive and combat food insecurity.
