Home Delivered Meals

Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing essential Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals in Halethorpe, MD, specifically for individuals eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or the Older Americans Act. Our carefully crafted meals, designed by a Registered Dietitian, cater to various nutritional needs, addressing conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure, while ensuring they are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We serve both Medicaid and Older Americans Act beneficiaries, and help individuals navigate eligibility through their Case Managers or local Area Agencies on Aging. For Medicare Advantage beneficiaries, we participate in select PPO plans that cover meals post-discharge or during chronic care. Additionally, our self-pay program enables individuals to enjoy our meals for just $7.75 each, ensuring everyone can benefit from nutritious food delivered right to their door. N4L also provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to support overall wellness, making it easier for our community to prioritize health through nutrition.
