Micah's Backpack

Micah's Backpack is dedicated to combating childhood hunger in Hagerstown, MD, by providing essential food assistance to young children who rely on school lunches as their main source of nutritious meals. Recognizing that around 50 local elementary school students face food insecurity over the weekends, we offer warm meals and emergency food support every third Sunday of the month. Through our efforts, we strive to ensure that no child goes hungry and every child has the nourishment they need to thrive.
