Financial Assistance Funds

Located in Hagerstown, MD, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting families with children who have special health care needs. Our mission is to alleviate the financial burden faced by these families by providing essential financial assistance that covers medical costs, including prescriptions and medical supplies, as well as non-medical expenses such as home and vehicle modifications, clothing, and daily living costs like food and utilities. We offer grants of up to $500 per family per year, with requests processed in the order received to ensure timely support.
