Patient Financial Assistance Program

The Patient Financial Assistance Program, operated by the Hemophilia Foundation of Maryland, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families navigating the challenges of bleeding disorders in Gwynn Oak, MD. Our program offers vital financial aid to eligible households, covering essential care and treatment expenses as well as urgent basic living costs. Please note that assistance is provided only for upcoming expenses; we are unable to reimburse costs that have already been paid. To access these funds, applicants must complete our application process, which also grants immediate membership with HFM. We are committed to supporting our community and ensuring that financial barriers do not stand in the way of health and well-being.
