Located in Gwynn Oak, MD, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing essential Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to eligible clients, ensuring that dietary needs are met for optimal health. Catering to those covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports programs, or the Older Americans Act, our program is designed with the guidance of Registered Dietitians, addressing specific medical conditions including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We focus on delivering meals that are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, emphasizing both nutrition and safety. For those who are not eligible for these programs, we offer an affordable self-pay option, allowing individuals to choose their meals for just $7.75 each. Our mission goes beyond meal delivery; we also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, making personalized nutrition support accessible to all in the community.
