Home Delivered Meals is dedicated to supporting individuals in Gwynn Oak, MD and surrounding areas who are facing critical and life-threatening illnesses that hinder their ability to access or prepare nutritious meals. Our mission is to provide medically appropriate meals and essential services completely free of charge to our neighbors in need. We deliver up to 18 healthy meals each week, along with a bag of fresh fruit and produce, ensuring our clients receive the nutrition they deserve. Beyond just food, our compassionate delivery team offers a friendly visit and warm heartfelt support, reminding those who often feel isolated that they matter. Clients can access our services through referrals from their primary care providers. We strive to make a meaningful impact across Baltimore City and 14 Maryland counties, reaching communities even 140 miles away from our kitchen.
