Hammy's Heart, located in Gwynn Oak, MD, is dedicated to supporting families with critically ill children by addressing one of their most pressing needs: food assistance. Understanding the overwhelming financial burden that comes with caring for a seriously ill child, we offer gift cards specifically for grocery bills, ensuring that families can nourish themselves during this challenging time. To participate in our program, families must meet certain medical criteria and obtain a referral from a social worker or healthcare provider. We are here to provide compassionate support to families in need, helping to alleviate some of the stress associated with food insecurity.
