Heather Norden

Dr. Heather Norden is a dedicated psychologist with a PsyD, specializing in therapy for individuals of all ages, from children and adolescents to adults and elders. With over 15 years of experience in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic principles, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and expressive arts therapy, she believes that therapy must be uniquely tailored to meet the diverse needs of each client. Dr. Norden fosters a warm and accepting environment, where clients feel supported as they work towards their personal goals.

With dual specialties in child/adolescent and adult psychotherapy, Dr. Norden has extensive experience guiding clients through a myriad of challenges, including ADHD, mood and anxiety disorders, grief, trauma, and chronic illness. In recent years, she has furthered her expertise in reproductive psychology, helping individuals and couples navigate the complex emotions surrounding infertility, pregnancy loss, peripartum stress, and assisted reproduction journeys. Dr. Norden is also a strong advocate for LGBTQ+ individuals, offering affirmation and support to clients exploring gender dysphoria and identity.
