Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP)

The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) in Greenbelt, MD, is dedicated to empowering food-insecure families and youth with essential nutrition education. Our mission is to equip participants with the skills and knowledge they need to make healthier food choices and prepare nutritious meals on a limited budget. Through a series of 10-12 engaging workshops, delivered in a culturally sensitive manner, we focus on improving food security and overall health. Our classes are tailored to meet the diverse needs of our community and are available in both English and Spanish, ensuring every family has the opportunity to thrive.
