Jennifer Salese is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who earned her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loyola University Maryland. With extensive clinical experience, she has worked in various settings, including schools, outpatient community mental health, and private practice. Jennifer has undergone specialized training in counseling victims of domestic violence and vocational consulting. Her passion lies in treating anxiety and depression, navigating life changes, managing stress, and enhancing relationship and communication skills. Utilizing a client-centered approach, she collaborates with individuals, particularly young adults, meeting them where they are in their lives. Through a strength-based, integrative methodology, Jennifer supports clients in exploring their challenges.
