Focused primarily on those who have finished their treatment within the past 24 months, this evidence-based initiative offers vital resources that can also benefit individuals at any stage of their survivorship. Participants receive personalized nutritional guidance, tailored exercise plans, and comprehensive education addressing emotional health and medical management.
