Solution Focused Therapy

Solution Focused Therapy is a highly skilled clinical social worker with over 35 years of experience in diverse settings, including outpatient mental health, schools, and county programs. He specializes in addressing a range of challenges such as depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, oppositional defiant disorder, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Known for conducting psycho-educational groups for adolescents and divorce adjustment groups for children, he employs a strength-based, non-judgmental approach in therapy. His expertise extends to working with children aged 6-18, young adults, and adults, encompassing individuals, couples, and families in the pursuit of tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. Acknowledging his identity as an African-American and Quaker, he brings a distinctive perspective to his practice. Outside of therapy, Solution enjoys engaging in activities such as bicycling, walking, playing guitar, songwriting, and sharing laughter.
