With over 16 years of experience as an educator and counselor, she has effectively supported adolescents and their families in overcoming challenges such as test anxiety, grief, relationship issues, and various personal difficulties. Roni is attuned to the impacts of societal issues such as oppression, inequality, and microaggressions on individuals and communities, recognizing that these factors can deeply affect a person's emotional and mental health. Through techniques including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Roni is committed to addressing the diverse needs of her clients, advocating for their well-being, and helping them find balance during life's toughest moments.
