Jacqueline Garoz is a licensed graduate professional counselor who understands the stigma surrounding mental health treatment that often prevents individuals from seeking help. Jacqueline believes that seeking therapy does not signify being 'mentally ill'; rather, it is an opportunity to connect with a non-biased individual who can provide a sense of safety and understanding. She is dedicated to listening and assisting clients in discovering the tools necessary to navigate life’s challenging moments. Acknowledging that everyone experiences stress at times, Jacqueline’s passion lies in supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as those facing barriers to treatment. She encourages individuals to take the first step toward healing and find the support they deserve.
