We proudly serve those covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act, along with offering a convenient self-pay option for those not eligible for assistance. Our meals are designed to be healthful and accommodating, free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. If you’re unsure about eligibility, support is available through your Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging. With services such as Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling also available, Nutrition for Longevity is committed to providing practical support and nourishing meals to our community.
