Sarah Smith-Trawick is a compassionate clinical social worker and therapist dedicated to guiding individuals through the daunting journey of healing from trauma and adverse experiences. With a deep belief that everyone possesses inherent strength, courage, and resiliency, she understands that trauma can often obscure these qualities. Sarah's mission is to help clients reconnect with their inner strengths and cultivate resilience. Rooted in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, she also integrates EMDR, Person-Centered, and Cognitive Behavioral therapies to support her clients' healing journeys. With over 10 years of experience working with trauma survivors, particularly those affected by interpersonal trauma such as domestic abuse, sexual assault, and child abuse, Sarah creates a safe, non-judgmental, and LGBTQ+ affirming environment for all clients. Her expertise lies in fostering a nurturing space where individuals can embark on their personal transformation with confidence and support.
