Rebecca Wenstrom

Rebecca Wenstrom is a compassionate Clinical Social Worker and Therapist with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Smith College School for Social Work. She specializes in supporting teens and adults who navigate through anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and a diverse array of mental health challenges, including ADHD, grief, and the complexities of LGBTQ+ identities. With a warm and steady presence, Rebecca creates a radically inclusive space for clients to explore their truths at their own pace. Her experience includes effective work with individuals healing from the impacts of interpersonal violence, sexual violence, and adverse childhood experiences, always honoring the unique wisdom each client brings to their healing journey. Grounded in relational, psychodynamic, and systems theories, as well as mind-body approaches, Rebecca integrates various modalities such as Trauma-Focused therapy, Compassion-Focused therapy, and Internal Family Systems. She approaches her work through a disability justice lens, emphasizing the importance of a safe and affirming therapeutic relationship as the foundation for healing, change, and empowerment.
