Mary-eileen Hahn

Mary-eileen Hahn is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (MS, LCMHC, NCC) who understands that each individual’s story is unique. She invites her clients to share and explore their narratives, illuminating both the beautiful and challenging aspects of life through the courageous work of therapy. Her primary aim is to foster encouragement, growth, and freedom for her clients, facilitating a return to a healthy balance in thinking, feeling, behaving, and relating. Mary-eileen specializes in helping adults and elders navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, and relational issues. With an integrated approach that includes Faith-Based (Christian), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she welcomes both individuals and couples into her practice. Mary-eileen's extensive background includes significant life experiences, such as a career in marketing, being a full-time stay-at-home mom, and taking on leadership roles within her church, which enrich her practice. As a certified Prepare-Enrich facilitator, she values the importance of ‘goodness of fit’ in therapy outcomes and is dedicated to ensuring that her clients' voices, perspectives, and experiences are always heard and valued.
