The Seton Center Outreach Office in Frederick, MD, is dedicated to providing immediate and compassionate emergency food assistance and support to individuals and families living in challenging circumstances, including those identified as part of the ALICE population. We offer vital services such as utility and rent assistance, clothing, transportation help for medical appointments, and adult dental care, all aimed at alleviating the burdens faced by the working poor. Our long-term case management and job search support, combined with transformative workshops, empower our neighbors to break the cycle of poverty. Utilizing the 'Bridges Out of Poverty' model and the 'Getting Ahead in a Just Gettin'-By World' curriculum, we equip individuals with the tools they need to thrive beyond mere survival.
