At Hammy's Heart, located in Frederick, MD, we are dedicated to supporting families with critically ill children by alleviating some of their financial burdens related to grocery expenses. Recognizing the overwhelming challenges these families face, we provide much-needed assistance through gift cards that help cover grocery bills, ensuring that the basic need for nourishment is met during such difficult times. To participate in our program, families must meet specific medical requirements verified by a doctor, with referrals from a social worker or healthcare provider that enables us to offer this compassionate support.
