Groceries-to-Go (GTG) is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals in Frederick, MD who are facing life-challenging illnesses. Our no-cost meal delivery service ensures that clients can receive medically tailored meals, with no income or insurance barriers. Every other week, we deliver a variety of groceries along with eight specialized meal plans, including options for vegetarian, renal, dairy-free, fish-free, diabetic, heart-healthy, and shelf-stable diets. We also offer the flexibility to combine up to three different meal plans, catering to the unique dietary needs of each recipient. At GTG, we are committed to nourishing our community with compassion and urgency, ensuring that everyone has access to the meals they need.
