Food Pantry

The Urbana Area Food Pantry in Frederick, MD is dedicated to alleviating food insecurity by providing quality food assistance to households in need. We strive to supply essential nutrition to individuals and families facing hunger. Our program ensures that each family receives the food necessary to meet basic nutritional needs. Referrals may come from pastors, school counselors, caring family members, or concerned neighbors, and families can also self-refer. We conduct an intake process for each family to verify their eligibility based on residence and need, while also informing them about all the resources available to them in Frederick County.
