Emergency Meal Units

Emergency Meal Units, located in Frederick, MD, is dedicated to providing urgent food assistance to families in need through our specialized program that delivers essential dry goods to combat food scarcity. Each emergency meal unit is carefully curated to address basic nutritional needs, containing a 1lb bag of rice, two cans of beans (butter beans or black beans, totaling 7 servings), and a 1lb pack of whole grain old-fashioned oats. If you are facing food insecurity, we invite you to fill out our online form to request an emergency meal unit. Once registered, families will receive support in the form of meal kits on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring vital nourishment is within reach. A valid state-issued identification card is required to complete the application process, offering further assistance during challenging times.
