Americans Helping Americans

Americans Helping Americans serves the community of Frederick, MD, by delivering essential emergency assistance to families and children in Appalachia. Our commitment to improving lives includes providing food support through our food pantry and monthly food distributions, as well as offering school supplies, clothing, hygiene items, and home repair services. We also support youth enrichment projects to foster development and ensure that Appalachian families have the resources they need to thrive. Our mission reflects a deep devotion to community welfare and providing hope for a better tomorrow.
