Meals on Wheels

Meals on Wheels of Central Maryland Inc is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to homebound residents in Fort Washington, MD. Our compassionate volunteers deliver nutritious home-delivered meals, ensuring that those in need receive daily support with up to two meals each day – a hot lunch and a cold supper. We are committed to alleviating hunger and promoting wellness among seniors and individuals with mobility challenges by delivering meals Monday through Friday, between 10:30 AM and 1 PM. Eligible individuals can easily apply online, and our team will follow up with a phone call to enroll them in our vital services.
