Community Place Cafe Food Assistance Program (CPCFAP)

At the Community Place Cafe Food Assistance Program in Fort Washington, MD, we are dedicated to fighting food insecurity by providing vital support to families and individuals in need. Our program, in collaboration with 32 faith-based partners, serves heads of households and those facing homelessness by offering supermarket gift cards to help them access nourishing food.
