School Health Readiness Program

The School Health Readiness Program in Fallston, MD, is dedicated to ensuring that all students have access to vital health care, mental health support, and preventive services, particularly focusing on those who might not otherwise receive such essential care. Operating across four Title I elementary schools in Harford County—Edgewood Elementary School, Hall’s Cross Roads Elementary School, Magnolia Elementary School, and William Paca/Old Post Road Elementary School—this program prioritizes helping families regardless of their ability to pay. We accept both Medical Assistance and private insurance (excluding HMOs), with fees for private pay clients determined by family income and size. Our mission is to foster a healthier future for children in our community by breaking down barriers to health care.
