Young Parent Support Center (YPSC)

The Young Parent Support Center (YPSC) in Essex, MD is dedicated to empowering families and fostering the healthy development of children. We offer a wide range of services at no cost to support families on their journey toward self-sufficiency and economic independence. Our programs include transportation for residents of the greater Dundalk, Essex, and Middle River areas, developmental childcare for children aged zero to four, and comprehensive adult education programs such as GED preparation. Additionally, we provide career exploration, job readiness workshops, and parenting classes, along with home-visiting services and family enrichment activities. We also focus on substance abuse prevention, healthy relationships, life skills enhancement, and individualized case management to help families achieve their goals.
