Located in Essex, MD, Cancer Transitions offers a compassionate, evidence-based program designed specifically for cancer survivors who have recently finished treatment. Aimed at individuals who completed their treatment within the last 24 months, the program is also open to those further along in their journey, providing critical support at any stage of survivorship. Participants receive tailored nutritional guidance, personalized exercise plans, and vital education focused on emotional well-being and medical management.
