Sharon Pieczenik, LMSW, understands that even the most passionate and driven individuals can face significant challenges and trauma. She believes that no one needs to face their struggles alone. Her sessions are results-oriented, utilizing a variety of effective approaches including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Somatic techniques, Coaching, Attachment-based therapy, Narrative therapy, EMDR, Psychodynamic therapy, and Strength-Based methods. Sharon excels in working with individuals who are eager to pursue personal growth and development. Her diverse clientele includes athletes, coaches, performers, creatives, entrepreneurs, college students, and first responders. She creates a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their mental health and embrace their full potential.
