Daniel Heckman

Daniel Heckman, LCSW-C, is a passionate clinical social worker and therapist who believes that humans are inherently social beings. He understands that many dilemmas arise from early attachments and relationships with others. With a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, his graduate field placement in a domestic violence center equipped him with expertise in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Following his graduate studies, he gained valuable experience working on a county Crisis Response team alongside law enforcement, focusing on short-term trauma counseling and crisis resolution.
