Anya Hain is a dedicated LCPC who embodies a passion for promoting healing, recovery, and wellness in her clients. With expertise in trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy and positive psychology techniques, she tackles challenges with a focus on positivity and solution-based outcomes. Clients are greeted with unconditional support in her inviting and warm therapeutic environment. Anya has extensive experience working with children, families, groups, and couples, offering an eclectic therapeutic approach tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. She thrives on guiding individuals on their journey toward recovery and fulfillment, especially those who have faced trauma and other life stressors. Anya specializes in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, abuse, and working with first responders, as well as addressing issues related to body image and addiction. Her creativity shines in her use of therapeutic art and play, particularly in her work with children aged 6 and up. Anya's practice, Restorative Counseling and Wellness Center, is located in Ellicott City, MD.
