The Patient Financial Assistance Program, offered by the Hemophilia Foundation of Maryland, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families dealing with bleeding disorders in Ellicott City, MD. This supportive program provides vital financial assistance for eligible individuals facing challenges with medical expenses related to their condition as well as basic living expenses in emergencies. Please note, assistance is applicable only for upcoming expenses and payments are made directly to the service providers, as reimbursements for prior payments are not offered. To benefit from this essential support, applicants must become members of HFM, which is facilitated through the application process.
