Hammy's Heart is dedicated to supporting families in Ellicott City, MD, who are navigating the challenges of caring for critically ill children. We understand the financial strain that comes with medical treatment, and our mission is to alleviate some of that burden by providing grocery gift cards to eligible families. With a focus on food assistance, we aim to ensure that parents can prioritize their child's health without the additional stress of grocery expenses. To participate in our program, families must meet specific medical criteria and obtain a referral from a qualified social worker or healthcare provider.
