At the Grassroots Day Resource Center in Ellicott City, MD, we are dedicated to providing essential support and resources to the homeless residents of Howard County. Our warm and welcoming facility offers crucial services such as hot meals, a food pantry, showers, and laundry facilities, ensuring that individuals in need can maintain their dignity and health. We also host a medical clinic and facilitate critical assistance with health insurance enrollment, obtaining birth certificates, MVA IDs, and Social Security cards. Each week, our center connects guests with representatives from Humanim for SNAP benefits and a Health Department professional who offers addiction counseling and substance use disorder support.
