The Howard County Food Bank in Elkridge, MD, is dedicated to providing vital food assistance to families in need through a compassionate and empowering family-choice shopping model. Our clients enjoy the opportunity to select from a variety of fresh produce, dairy options, frozen meats, and baked goods, along with shelf-stable canned and boxed foods. We understand the diverse needs of our community, which is why we also offer essential items like feminine hygiene products, baby formula, diapers, and allergy-friendly foods. Families can access our pantry twice a month and receive support in applying for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). In addition, we connect families with resources for energy assistance, housing support, and early childhood education programs, helping to build a stronger, healthier community for all.
