Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to promoting health and well-being in Dundalk, MD, through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals programs. We serve eligible clients covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports programs, and the Older Americans Act, as well as individuals seeking a self-pay option for convenient meal delivery. Our meals, crafted by a Registered Dietitian, are designed to meet the specific nutrient needs for over 36 medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, ensuring each dish supports general health. We prioritize dietary restrictions, providing meals free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. If you're a Medicaid or Older Americans Act recipient, please consult your Case Manager to determine your eligibility, while Medicare Advantage beneficiaries can check with their plan for meal coverage. For those not qualifying for government assistance, our self-pay program offers meals at an affordable rate of $7.75 each, with a flat-rate shipping fee. Additionally, we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Counseling to further support our clients in achieving optimal health through nutrition.
