Groceries-to-Go (GTG) in District Heights, MD, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals facing life-challenging illnesses. Our program offers free meal delivery with no income or insurance requirements, ensuring that everyone can access the nourishment they need. Every other week, we deliver medically tailored meals through a selection of eight specialized meal plans, including vegetarian, renal, no dairy, no fish, diabetic, heart-healthy, and shelf-stable options. To further assist our clients, we can combine up to three meal plans to meet their unique dietary needs, fostering both health and well-being in our community.
