Groceries-to-Go (GTG) is a compassionate food assistance program based in Damascus, MD, dedicated to providing free, medically tailored meal delivery for individuals living with life-challenging illnesses. With no income or insurance requirements, our service ensures that every client receives the nutrition they need to support their health and well-being. Delivering groceries every other week, GTG offers eight specialized meal plans, including options for vegetarian, renal, dairy-free, and heart-healthy diets, allowing us to customize meal packages to meet individual dietary needs. Our mission is to deliver not just food, but care and support to those in our community who need it most.
