Americans Helping Americans is dedicated to providing essential support to families and children in Appalachia, located in Damascus, MD. Our mission focuses on delivering emergency food assistance through our food pantry, along with ensuring access to vital school supplies, clothing, and hygiene items. We work tirelessly to meet the urgent needs of Appalachian communities by offering home repair services, monthly and supplemental food provisions, and assistance with youth enrichment projects. Through our compassionate efforts, we strive to empower families and foster a brighter future for children in need.
