Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) serves the Cumberland, MD area by providing essential Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to individuals eligible under Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act. Our meals are meticulously crafted by Registered Dietitians to promote general health and cater to specific medical needs, addressing conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. For those covered by Medicaid and the Older Americans Act, meal delivery options are available based on state and program guidelines. Medicare Advantage beneficiaries may also be eligible, depending on their health plans. We additionally support individuals who wish to self-pay, offering convenient home-delivered meals for just $7.75 each, giving you the freedom to choose your meals. Beyond meal delivery, N4L offers Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to enhance well-being.
