Located in Cumberland, MD, Groceries-to-Go (GTG) is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals facing life-challenging illnesses. Our program offers free, medically tailored meal delivery without any income or insurance requirements. Every other week, we deliver groceries designed to cater to a variety of dietary needs, featuring eight specialized meal plans including regular, vegetarian, renal, no dairy, no fish, diabetic, heart-healthy, and shelf-stable options. We understand that everyone has unique dietary requirements, and our team is committed to combining up to three meal plans to ensure our clients receive the nutrition they need with the care they deserve.
