Wing Bui

Wing Bui is a clinical social worker and therapist dedicated to helping individuals achieve a harmonious balance within themselves and in their relationships. She understands that the journey to balance and optimal living can be challenging and emphasizes the importance of integrating loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and forgiveness in this process. In her therapeutic practice, Wing provides a supportive space for clients to explore their identity and self-esteem, transgenerational cultural and family values, and the integration of spirituality when appropriate. With extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and particularly adult women, she promotes the development of social-emotional skills and guides clients through familial and relationship changes, stress, depression, anxiety, grief, and substance use disorder recovery. Wing’s dual background in social work and public health allows her to consider both the internal self, including the inner child, and the external environment of individuals. Her approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, mindfulness, attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trust-Based Relational Intervention.
