Kim Flyr is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a Master's in Education (MEd) who is dedicated to providing support and guidance to individuals seeking comfort and encouragement. With over 20 years of experience working with families in HCPSS, she has developed a holistic practice that serves clients of all ages, including preteens, children, adults, and elders. Kim specializes in addressing issues like anxiety, life transitions, grief, and parenting. She employs an integrated approach to counseling that blends various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and family systems, thus creating a nurturing environment for change and growth. Her experience as a certified yoga teacher adds an additional layer of support through mind/body practices, which further assists clients in developing emotional and behavioral transformation. Kim believes that good counseling fosters connections where real change is possible. She is committed to keeping her client base small to ensure that each client receives the individualized attention they deserve.
