Patient Financial Assistance Program

The Hemophilia Foundation of Maryland’s Patient Financial Assistance Program in Columbia, MD, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals and families affected by bleeding disorders. Our mission is to provide crucial financial support for expenses related to care and treatment, along with basic living costs during emergencies. Eligible participants can access funds for upcoming expenses, as we operate by paying creditors directly and do not reimburse past expenses. To benefit from this program, individuals must become HFM members, which is accomplished simply by completing the application process. We invite those in need to reach out and learn how we can assist in navigating the challenges of living with a bleeding disorder.
