Hammy's Heart is dedicated to supporting families in Columbia, MD, with critically ill children by alleviating the burden of essential grocery expenses. We understand that navigating medical challenges can create overwhelming financial pressures, and our mission is to ease that strain by providing gift cards to help with grocery bills. To participate, families must have their child verified by a doctor and provide a referral from a social worker or healthcare provider. We are here to ensure that even in tough times, families can focus on what truly matters – caring for their loved ones.
