In Columbia, MD, ACS Community Development and Urban Ministry Program (ACS CD/UM) is dedicated to uplifting individuals and families facing unemployment, poverty, and various challenges. Our mission is to provide essential support through comprehensive food assistance via our food pantry, clothing services, and housing assistance, while also advocating for social change and community empowerment. We offer a range of services including crisis intervention, domestic violence support, addiction treatment, medical care, and job skills training, ensuring every community member is equipped with the tools necessary for self-sufficiency. By fostering skills development and engaging in proactive outreach, we stand alongside those in need, helping to build a stronger, more resilient community.
