At Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) in College Park, MD, we understand the importance of proper nutrition for maintaining health and wellbeing, especially for those facing medical challenges. Our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals are designed specifically for individuals eligible for Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or those benefiting from the Older Americans Act. Each meal is carefully created by a Registered Dietitian to support various health needs, including conditions like Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, and is free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We cater to different needs; not only do we deliver nutritious meals to eligible Medicaid and Older Americans Act recipients, but we also offer a self-pay program for those who wish to have the convenience of home-delivered meals without government assistance, at an affordable rate of just $7.75 per meal. Our commitment to your health extends beyond meals, as we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to support your wellness journey.
