Financial Assistance Funds

Based in College Park, MD, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting families with children who have special healthcare needs. We understand the financial burdens that can arise from medical and daily living costs, and we strive to alleviate some of that pressure through our targeted assistance programs. Our grants, up to $500 per family per year, can be utilized for a wide range of expenses, including medical bills, prescriptions, and necessary medical supplies, as well as non-medical costs like home or vehicle modifications, clothing, and essential items like diapers and bottles. Additionally, we cover healthcare-related travel expenses, including transportation and lodging, to ensure that families have access to the care they need. Our aim is to provide compassionate financial support, with all requests processed diligently and fairly. Families can apply for assistance and expect a thoughtful review, generally completed within 15 business days.
